What is a Pane?
PANE:
A single piece of glass that has a frame around it; each pane is cleaned the same way, whether large or small: we scrub the pane of glass, then use an industry-specific tool to remove any excess dirt, paint chips, silicone, etc. then clean and squeegee the window.
Reasons Window Cleaning is important:
BETTER HEATING EFFICIENCY:
We all know that Calgary can be cold during certain months; what may not always be top of mind is that your windows can help heat your property. Excess dirt, grime, and general particle buildup can block out parts of a window. All this buildup reflects the sun’s UV rays and robs your property of the sun’s free heat and benefits.
ENJOY A BETTER VIEW:
If your windows are dirty, chances are they’re blocking out the natural light and colour of the outdoor world. This can be depressing. Whether your view is modest, a clear, transparent window is always more enjoyable than a filthy screen. If you plan on selling your home, dirty windows are a turn-off for potential buyers, and clean windows are a sign that the house has been well cared for.
Residential:
BUNGALOW:
A one-story property.
TWO-STORY:
A two-level property that does not have any basement walkout or heavy slopped areas.
WALKOUT:
A walkout is a three-story property with a walkout basement and three sections of windows or levels.
Or when we require a taller ladder to access window panes due to: sloped ground, vaulted ceilings, more than two stories, etc.
